新的生茶口感猛烈，大多數(shù)人不敢多喝，都將其儲放若干年后，用時間去沉淀，用歲月去喚醒，待茶湯變得順滑、醇厚再品飲。至于儲放多少年才開始好喝，很難給出統(tǒng)一回答，一般儲放2年已經(jīng)不同于當(dāng)初，但要達到好喝的口感可能至少需要6年或更多的時間。
