1、紫砂壺用來沖泡

盡量用老一點(diǎn)的紫砂壺，不要用蓋碗，紫砂壺不但可以保溫還能夠吸附住雜味并且具有良好的透氣性可使湯感煙味減輕從而變得更為醇滑。

2、沖泡要素的調(diào)整

如果覺得那茶餅的煙味太重的話，投茶的份量可適當(dāng)?shù)娜p少，再以沸水來潤茶1-2次，而潤茶之時(shí)可開壺蓋，從而利用了溫度來加速了煙味揮發(fā)了。
