貴州尋求到2020年成為中國(guó)最大的茶葉出口省

Guizhou seeks to become China's largest tea exporter?by 2020

中國(guó)西南地區(qū)的貴州省已制定目標(biāo)，到2020年成為全國(guó)最大的茶葉出口省，每年出口5萬(wàn)噸。

Southwest China's Guizhou province has set a target to become the country's largest tea exporter by 2020, exporting 50,000 tons annually.

結(jié)合高海拔，低緯度，寡日照和低污染的生態(tài)優(yōu)勢(shì)，截至2017年底，貴州擁有全國(guó)最大的茶園種植面積47.8萬(wàn)公頃。省農(nóng)業(yè)委員會(huì)周一表示，將支持當(dāng)?shù)夭枞~公司擴(kuò)大對(duì)海外市場(chǎng)的出口，包括美國(guó)，歐洲，日本，韓國(guó)，和中東。一些出口商將獲得額外的退稅。

Combining ecological advantages of high altitude, low latitude, less sunshine and pollution,Guizhou had the country's largest tea plantation area of 478,000 hectares at the end of 2017.The provincial agricultural commission Monday said it will support local tea companies to expand exports to the overseas markets, including the United States, Europe, Japan, Republic of Korea,and the Middle East.Some exporters will get additional tax rebates.

Meanwhile, it will welcome domestic and overseas tea trading firms to set up processing bases or workshops in Guizhou to boost exports.Finlays, a subsidiary of John Swire & Sons Ltd, has started construction on a tea processing plant in the county of Sinan in Guizhou with an annual processing capacity of more than 20,000 tons.

地方當(dāng)局將開(kāi)展質(zhì)量檢查，并確保約33,300公頃的茶園面積達(dá)到歐盟質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。貴州計(jì)劃在11月對(duì)四種有名的當(dāng)?shù)夭枞~產(chǎn)品實(shí)施更嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以保證出口質(zhì)量。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的污染物和殘留農(nóng)藥含量低于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2017年貴州茶葉產(chǎn)量為327,000噸，出口量達(dá)到2,852.6噸。

Local authorities will launch quality inspections and seek to ensure about 33,300 hectares of tea plantation area to meet European quality standards.Guizhou plans to put into effect stricter standards for four well-known types of local tea leaves in November in a bid to guarantee the export quality.The standards require lower levels of pollutants and residual pesticides than the national standards.In 2017, Guizhou's tea output stood at 327,000 tons with exports reaching 2,852.6 tons.
