鄒炳良、盧國(guó)齡倆位老同志把青春獻(xiàn)給了原國(guó)營(yíng)勐海茶廠,1988年開發(fā)布朗和巴達(dá)兩個(gè)萬(wàn)畝茶園,于1989年創(chuàng)建“大益”品牌。在勐海茶廠工作期間配制出來(lái)的優(yōu)良普洱茶產(chǎn)品有7542、7572、7532 、8582、7262等七子餅,都是普洱茶愛好者捧追茶品。

ZOU Bingliang and LU Guoling have devoted their youth to former state-owned Menghai Tea Factory. In 1988, they developed two tea gardens at 10,000 mu respectively in Bulang Mountain and Bada Mountain. In 1989, they established former TAETEA Group. During the work in Menghai Tea Factory, they have formulated excellent Pu’er tea, including CHI TSE BEENG such as 7542, 7572, 7532, 8582, 7262, all of which are deeply favored by Pu’er fans.

1997年1月鄒炳良、盧國(guó)齡倆老一起退休后擔(dān)任云南省茶葉公司顧問,云南省普洱茶認(rèn)證中心首席專家顧問,1999年共同創(chuàng)辦海灣茶業(yè),創(chuàng)立“老同志”品牌,一輩子為普洱茶事業(yè)默默耕耘!

In Jan., 1997, ZOU Bingliang and LU Guoling retired together, acted as counselors of Yunnan Tea Company and chief expert advisors of Yunnan Authentication Center of Pu’er Tea. In 1999, they jointly established Haiwan Tea and established “Old Comrade” Brand. They always devote themselves to the career of Pu’er tea!

普洱茶在制作完成以后,有一個(gè)“后發(fā)酵”的過(guò)程。對(duì)普洱茶有所了解的人都知道,普洱茶在純自然狀態(tài)下的“后發(fā)酵”相當(dāng)緩慢。十幾年,甚至幾十年,新制的普洱茶才能完成其脫胎換骨的改造,從而消除其雜味、澀味,而存留下陳香、桂香、樟香以及蘭香。

After the production of Pu’er tea, there is an “after-fermentation”?process. Those understanding Pu’er tea know that “after-fermentation”?under purely natural state is very slow. Newly produced Pu’er tea requires a dozen years and even several decades to thoroughly remould, eliminate foreign flavor and astringent, thus reserving aroma, cinnamon, camphor aroma and orchid fragrance.


因此,每一餅彌漫著歲月芳香的普洱茶,都可稱得上是“上帝之手”創(chuàng)造的藝術(shù)。從這一點(diǎn)上看,普洱茶更像美酒,有著越老越香的特性。
