浙江大學(xué)茶學(xué)系陳萍副教授受邀前往瑞士西部瓦萊州應(yīng)用科學(xué)與藝術(shù)大學(xué)(HES-SO,UniversityofAppliedSciencesandArtsWesternSwitzerlandValais)，參加法語學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，并以法語講學(xué)，傳播中華茶文化和茶科學(xué)。
會(huì)議以“茶葉/葡萄酒/巧克力/咖啡飲食多酚論壇”(Lespolyphénolsdanslethé,vin,chocolatetcafé)為主題，邀請(qǐng)了歐美不同法語區(qū)的專家與學(xué)者，就不同飲食多酚的攝取、飲食多酚對(duì)人體健康的保護(hù)作用等，進(jìn)行了專題演講。同時(shí)，針對(duì)茶葉、葡萄酒、巧克力、咖啡等方面專業(yè)品評(píng)，不同領(lǐng)域的審評(píng)專家也展開了科普教學(xué)課程。
結(jié)束了一整天的學(xué)術(shù)討論和審評(píng)學(xué)習(xí)之后，陳老師與西方葡萄酒、咖啡專家們一同來到位于小城謝埃爾的一座具有一千多年歷史的古城堡。這里，瑞士的茶葉愛好者們正在等侯聆聽來自中國的茶葉的聲音。瑞中友好協(xié)會(huì)、瑞士葡萄酒博物館的許多瑞士朋友，也參加了古堡里的茶事活動(dòng)。
陳萍老師早前在法國留學(xué)多年，以法語完成博士學(xué)位學(xué)習(xí)和博士后工作。在擔(dān)任浙大茶學(xué)系教師以來，主要進(jìn)行茶葉審評(píng)教學(xué)和茶葉藥理功能研究。這次受邀講學(xué)，正是以“中國茶”(ThéduChine)為題，以茶文化起源、茶葉保健和藥理機(jī)制等內(nèi)容為主體授課，講學(xué)內(nèi)容語言生動(dòng)，圖片豐富，交流熱烈。隨后，由陳萍老師領(lǐng)銜組織，由茶學(xué)系留學(xué)瑞士交換博士生邵淑宏、瑞士錫永AUX5T茶館主人，以及上海初茶道iTEA共同進(jìn)行的事茶活動(dòng)，將整個(gè)城堡的茶事氛圍點(diǎn)燃。隨著陳老師的法語講解，一場(chǎng)烏龍茶藝、綠茶紅茶黑茶沖泡技藝的表演依次展開，事茶活動(dòng)進(jìn)入高潮。
此行除了會(huì)議和講學(xué)之外，也完成了與瑞士HES-SO大學(xué)合作項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn)。剛剛在浙大茶學(xué)系完成畢業(yè)實(shí)踐的瑞士學(xué)生Sophie在歸國答辯中取得了“優(yōu)異”的好成績(jī)，為今后兩校學(xué)生半年學(xué)習(xí)交流項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。相信瑞中兩國兩所大學(xué)在學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的國際交流與合作中，也必將逐步完善，取得更大的成功。

Onthe28thNovember2014,Dr.ChenPing,associateprofessorofTeaScienceDepartment,wasinvitedtoUniversityofAppliedSciencesandArtsWesternSwitzerlandValais(HES-SO)inSwitzerland,toattendafrenchacademicconferenceandgivefrenchlecturesonchineseteacultureandteascience.
Theconferencewasonaforumof"Dietpolyphenolsfromtea/wine/chocolate/coffee"(Lespolyphénolsdanslethé,vin,chocolatetcafé).Frenchspeakingexpertsandscholarswereinvitedfromdifferentcountries,especiallyfromEuropeandAmerica,whojoinedtogethertocommunicateondietaryintakeofpolyphenols,beneficialeffectsofdietarypolyphenolsonhumanhealth,etc.Meanwhile,differentsensoryevaluationclassliketea,wine,andchocolatetastingweregiventopeople,withprofessionalevaluationknowledge.
Afterawholedayofscientificdiscussionandacademicactivities,Dr.ChenwenttoSierrewithotherwesternwineandcoffeeexpertstoanancientcastle,whosehistorycouldbedatedbacktomorethanthousandyearsago.Here,SwisstealoverswerewaitingtolistentoDr.Chen’slecture.SeveraloldfriendsfromSwiss-ChinaFriendshipAssociationandtheSwissWineMuseumalsocamefromfarawaytoparticipateinthecastleforthechineseteaactivities.
Dr.ChenPingearlierhasbeenpassedyearsinFranceforherdoctordegreeandapost-doctoralwork.SinceworkinginZhejiangUniversity,shemainlydoesresearchonteasensoryevaluationandpharmacologicalfunctionofteacomponents.Thistime,shewasinvitedtogiveaspeechon"ChineseTea"(ThéduChine)withteaorigin,teaculture,teatasting,andpharmacologicalmechanismsoftea.Thelecturewaswarmlywelcomedwithlivelydiscussion.Afterthat,teatastetimewasorganizedinthecastlewithoolongteaceremonyandgreentea,blacktea,darkteasensoryevaluation.Suchantastingactivitywasledbythreeteamasters:TrinhfromAUX5TofSwitzerland;ShaoShuhongfromTeaScienceDepartment,whostaysinHES-SOforherexchangeexperiments;LiPingfromiTEAofShanghai.AlongwithFrenchexplanationguidebyDr.Chen,teatimeincastlewasbroughtintoalovelyatmosphere.
Inadditiontotheconferenceandlecture,Dr.ChenhasalsomadesomeadvanceforthecooperativeprojectsbetweenSwissHES-SOandZhejiangUniversity.Afurthercollaborativeresearchwillbedonewithasixmonthsstudentexchangeandfundingsupports.
